How to Use UHU Plus Endfest 300:
- Prepare Surfaces: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Degrease parts with methylated spirit and roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper for optimal bonding.
- Mix Components: Squeeze equal amounts of resin and hardener onto the enclosed mixing tray. Thoroughly mix both components with a spatula until a homogeneous color is achieved.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply the mixed adhesive as a thin layer to one of the surfaces.
- Join and Cure: Join the materials and hold them firmly in place for 7 hours. Avoid moving the parts during the curing process.
- Optimize Performance: For optimum performance, ensure the adhesive is mixed well and allow adequate curing time.
Important Considerations:
- Not Suitable for: Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, and silicone rubber.
- Application Temperature: Apply at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C.
- Personal Safety: Wear gloves for personal safety.
- Stain Removal: Remove wet stains immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
